سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

البرواز وصل مكسور؟ نستبدله ببلاش. لو البرواز أو الأكريليك أو الطباعة وصلت فيها كسر أو خدش، ابعتلنا صورة على support@cairoheaven.com خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام، وهنبعتلك بديل ببلاش ومن غير مصاريف شحن.

منتج أو مقاس غلط: لو وصلك حاجة غير اللي طلبتها، هنبدلها ببلاش.

المنتجات المخصوصة (البراويز بصورتك، ألبومات الصور، أي تصميم معمول مخصوص ليك) مش بترجع بسبب تغيير الرأي لأنها بتتعمل بالطلب، لكن ضمان الاستبدال لو وصلت مكسورة شغال عليها.

إلغاء الأوردر: ببلاش قبل ما الأوردر يدخل التنفيذ (غالباً خلال 12 ساعة من الطلب).

إزاي تطلب استبدال أو استرجاع: ابعتلنا على support@cairoheaven.com رقم الأوردر وصورة للمنتج، وهنرد عليك بالخطوات.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged on arrival? Free replacement. If a frame, acrylic or print arrives broken or scratched, email a photo to support@cairoheaven.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost, including delivery.

Wrong item or size: we'll swap it free of charge.

Personalized items (custom photo frames, photobooks, any design made from your photo or text) are made to order and can't be returned for change of mind. They are still covered by the damaged-on-arrival guarantee.

Cancellations: free before your order enters production (usually within 12 hours of ordering).

How to request a return or replacement: email your order number and a photo of the item to support@cairoheaven.com, and we'll reply with the next steps.
