Quick answers about delivery, payment, sizes and custom frames.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery costs 60 EGP per order to Cairo and Giza (including 6th of October and Helwan) and takes 3–5 working days, because every frame is printed and framed to order.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order. We call or message you to confirm the order before production.

What frame sizes do you offer?

Sizes depend on the design and are listed on each product page — most frames come in 30×40 cm, and many also in sizes from 15×20 up to 50×70 cm. 30×40 cm suits desks, shelves and small walls; 40×50 cm and larger work above a sofa or bed.

Is the frame ready to hang?

Yes. Every frame arrives assembled and ready to hang, so it can go on the wall as soon as it arrives.

Can I frame my own photo?

Yes. Open a Personalized product, upload your photo on the product page, choose the size and frame colour, and order. Use the original photo from your phone, not a WhatsApp copy, for the sharpest print.

What if my frame arrives broken?

Email a photo to support@cairoheaven.com within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free, including delivery.

Can I return a frame?

We don't accept returns for change of mind. If your frame arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item or size, we replace it free.

Do you deliver outside Cairo and Giza?

Not by default yet. Email support@cairoheaven.com before ordering and we'll check your area.
