Returns & Replacements

Damaged on arrival? Free replacement. Check your order when the courier arrives. If a frame, acrylic or print arrives broken or scratched, email a photo and your order number to support@cairoheaven.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost, including delivery.

Wrong item or size: we swap it free of charge.

Personalized items (custom photo frames, photobooks, any design made from your photo or text) are made to order and can't be returned for change of mind. They are still covered by the damaged-on-arrival guarantee.

Cancellations: free before your order enters production (usually within 12 hours of ordering).
