1. About us
Cairo Heaven (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website cairoheaven.com, selling personalized home decor, photo frames, photobooks and gifts in Egypt. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). We confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before production starts, since most items are personalized or made to order.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently accept cash on delivery. Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.

4. Personalized and custom items
Many of our products (custom frames, photobooks, and similar items) are made specifically from the photos, names, dates, or text you provide. You confirm that you own or have the right to use any photo, name, or content you send us, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. Because these items are made to order, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; our Refund Policy explains what is covered (for example, items damaged on arrival).

7. Intellectual property

Any design or content you submit to personalize a product remains yours, but you grant us the right to use it solely to produce and deliver your order.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit content that infringes others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the site’s security.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cairo Heaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, beyond the value of the order in question.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
