FAQ

How many photos do I need?

Around 31 photos: 20 for the inside pages and 11 for the heart on the back cover. Send a few extra so we can pick the best fit for each layout.

Can I send photos over WhatsApp?

Please don't send them as normal WhatsApp photos, because WhatsApp compresses them and they print blurry. Send them as "Document" on WhatsApp, or share a Google Drive link.

Do you edit faces or retouch photos?

No. We adjust colour and crop to fit the layout, but we don't edit faces or bodies.

Will I see the album before it's printed?

Yes. We send you a full digital preview and only print after you approve it.

Can I write in Arabic?

This design is English only. For an Arabic album, check our Custom Photobook.

FAQ

Which size for a big wall?
30×40 cm suits desks, shelves and small walls. Above a sofa or bed, choose 40×50 cm or larger, or hang a group of three.

Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes, it arrives assembled and ready to hang.

Can I order several frames?
Yes — change the quantity or add more designs from the same collection to build a matching wall.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery areas: Cairo and Giza (including 6th of October and Helwan).
  • Delivery fee: 60 EGP per order.
  • Delivery time: 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Every frame is printed and framed to order.
  • Payment: cash on delivery.
  • Order confirmation: we call or message the phone number on your order before production, so please enter a reachable number.
  • Packaging: frames are wrapped with corner protection. Please check the order with the courier before signing.

Outside Cairo and Giza? Email support@cairoheaven.com before ordering and we'll tell you if we can deliver to your area.

Returns & replacements

Returns & Replacements

Damaged on arrival? Free replacement. Check your order when the courier arrives. If a frame, acrylic or print arrives broken or scratched, email a photo and your order number to support@cairoheaven.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost, including delivery.

Wrong item or size: we swap it free of charge.

Personalized items (custom photo frames, photobooks, any design made from your photo or text) are made to order and can't be returned for change of mind. They are still covered by the damaged-on-arrival guarantee.

Cancellations: free before your order enters production (usually within 12 hours of ordering).
